How to format your address list
#- Use a spreadsheet. Provide a CSV or XLSX with columns for: Recipient Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP, Country.
- One line per envelope. Each row is a single envelope; include apartment/suite on the street line (e.g.,
123 Main St Apt 4B). - Names as you want them written. Indicate titles and punctuation exactly (e.g.,
Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, Dr. Jane Doe). - Check spelling and capitalization. Verify all names, city spellings, and ZIP codes before sending.
- International addresses. Include province/region/postal code and country spelled out.
- Return addresses. If you need return addresses lettered, provide the exact wording and placement (front or flap).
